BSC trainings

What trainings and to whom do we offer?

BSC Kragujevac offers 39 different training modules developed together with experienced and certified local and international trainers and experts.

Our main clients are: companies, SME`s and individuals interested in personal and professional development.
BSC standard trainings are based on 20 hours of interactive work and practical exercises, and as such, provide participants with useful theoretical and practical knowledge. Participants are working in small groups, not more than 20 members, which is the optimal size for effective and efficient work. Training methodology includes: presentations of trainers, group discussions, individual and group practical tasks and exercises, simulations, study visits. We have great cooperation with local SME`s, and successful entrepreneurs very often participate at our trainings as guest speakers, willing to share their experiences and knowledge.

After successfully attended trainings, participants receive BSC certificate, acknowledged by National Service for Employment, Kragujevac branch office.

Beside already designed trainings, BSC has experience and is open to create tailor made trainings according to needs and special interests of clients.
Trainings are taking place in our training facility, fully equipped and designed for training purposes. One part of trainings is organized at Faculty of Mechanical Engineering in Kragujevac, with whom we have excellent cooperation.

We also offer companies and SME`s in house trainings, specially designed according to their needs.
